Customer Service Attendant
Our customer service attendants are the core of our centers--greeting guests in person and by phone, relaying details about our bowling Center, pricing, promotions and specials. These team members understand that exceptional guest interactions are at the core of the center experience and in their roles they tackle a host of guest needs--providing our customers with the proper equipment; ensuring that this equipment is clean and organized; managing customer flow, tracking lane availability, and maximizing lane usage; and following all cash-control procedures when ringing sales at the front counter.
Must have a positive attitude and over the top customer service skills!
This position requires the availability to work mostly daytime hours.
Must be able to complete daily tasks assigned by the manager including maintaining the arcade and redemption center, cleaning, lane walking to promote leagues and events.
Must have some knowledge of computers.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be neat and clean in appearance.
Some knowledge of bowling would be helpful but we are willing to train the right person.
Must have reliable transportation.
